Throughout every school year, I tend to get stressed out. During Covid, I started to colour and draw, which helped me relax and forget how much I had to do. Although I may not be the best at art, it is something I enjoy, and I would like to spend more time doing it. This project allows me to set aside time to relax and focus on doing something for myself. For my TechEd Inquiry Project, I would like to see how I can use different art techniques for lessons in the future. These techniques will also help grow my art skills. I will use paint, watercolours, pastels, pencils, pencil crayons, construction paper and more. These art supplies will help me come up with fun activities for the kids and myself. There will be a few crafts every once in a while, so it is not so repetitive. Some of these will be planned beforehand for the kids at my work. I work in a before and after school program, so on rainy days we stay inside and do stations. There are always arts and crafts, so we can do some fun activities and take photos of their creations for this project!!
